    The National Forum for Black Public Administrators (NFBPA) is now accepting applications for its National Mentor Program—a premier initiative designed to elevate and empower the next generation of public administrators.

    Since its launch in 1987, this flagship program has been a cornerstone of NFBPA’s commitment to developing strong, impactful leaders in public service. Through a dynamic blend of skills development and meaningful mentorship, participants engage in specialized workshops and one-on-one connections that foster both personal and professional growth.

    Participants are paired with accomplished public sector leaders and gain access to invaluable career guidance, expanded professional networks, and leadership development opportunities designed to accelerate their journey to executive leadership.
